We'll prioritize and escalate issues that meet the following criteria:
A critical workflow is completely blocked: If something that can only be done in Graphite is not working at all, and there's no workaround available.
Widespread impact: Multiple users or teams are experiencing the same blocking issue.
Business-critical functionality is down: Core features like submitting PRs, using the Merge Queue, or syncing with GitHub are completely broken.
If you're experiencing an urgent issue during the holiday break, please report it through your usual support channel (Slack community, direct Slack channel, or email).
